This is for graduates of the 90-Day Reset or folks who are more independent.

EPIC Reset Coaching is a high-touch, premium experience that includes a weekly 1-on-1 training session. We train together—live—so I can coach you through movement, build your confidence, and refine your form in real time. This is ideal if you’re rebuilding your strength, need close attention, or want hands-on accountability each week.
EPIC Guided is designed for independent movers. You’ll still get custom programming, weekly check-ins, ongoing feedback, and access to me for support—but you train on your own schedule, without the weekly live session. This is perfect if you’re already in a rhythm, have completed the EPIC Reset, or prefer more autonomy with expert guidance in your corner.
