What is the return policy for your courses?

At Baby Advocate, our goal is to equip your family with empowering, practical sleep solutions so everyone can thrive. If you ever feel that one of our courses isn’t the perfect fit for your family, just let us know—we’re happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Simply email me at [email protected] within 30 days and request a refund directly from your email account (keeping a copy for your records). Please note that refund requests can only be accepted via email—submissions through social media or other platforms cannot be processed.

After 30 days, course purchases become fully non-refundable, even if you haven’t accessed or completed your course.

Gift cards are non-refundable; however, in the case of a duplicate gift card purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll help you apply the value towards other resources.
