I don’t know where to begin! Our lives have changed for the better after completing the 3 week program with Lacy’s Lullabies. However, truthfully our lives changed in just 3 days! The rest of the time was spent securing the routine and troubleshooting for improved approaches. Before Lacy’s Lullabies, my 1yo son co-slept with us in our bed. He only slept like 6-9 hours, no naps. He ran around cranky, delirious all the time. Sometimes we would put him in the mini crib next to our bed which he may sleep like 3 hours and wake up multiple times throughout the night. Neither of us were getting proper sleep! From recommendation of our speech/food therapist Jean Little Eaters & Talkers, we tried Lacy Hess, RN at Lacy’s Lullabies. She was extremely present & great at helping us redirect for a positive result when plan A didn’t go well. She was available at all times. Spot on with her information and projections. In just 3 days my son was literally sleeping 11 hours straight through the night in his crib, in his own room!!! We then tacked on naps starting with 2 naps a day on the weekends successfully going to 1 nap a day now. Daily my son gets 14 hours of sleep now at ease. It has totally freed up my husband and I’s time to handle things for prep for the next day, intimacy time, better rest, and my son is so happy and pleasant to be around! She has truly changed our lives and I am extremely thankful! If anyone is having the same or similar struggles… She’s amazing! I highly recommend!
Lacy helped us get our 3 year old son back on track with his sleeping routine in just one week of working with her. I had a first consultation free of charge, which was very helpful. When we decided to work with her, we had our first session, during which she answered all our questions and explained what to do. After that, I was in contact with her every day via text, and she adjusted our plan as needed. She tailored the plan based on our experiences, my son’s personality, and his needs. At first, I was skeptical and thought the things she asked us to do wouldn’t make any difference, but I did them anyway. Guess what? She was right! I’m glad I kept an open mind. Highly recommended!
Before welcoming our new baby, we were feeling overwhelmed trying to get our babe into a solid sleep routine. Enter Lacy – an absolute lifesaver! Her gentle, supportive guidance helped us create a calming bedtime structure that truly transformed our evenings. Lacy took the time to understand our child’s unique sleep habits and gently guided us through changes that actually worked. Within just a short time, our little one was falling asleep more easily and sleeping through the night – something we hadn’t thought possible before. Thanks to her help, we felt so much more prepared and confident as we got ready to welcome our new baby. It made all the difference having one well-rested child and parents who could finally breathe again at bedtime. We’re so grateful for Lacy’s knowledge, kindness, and encouragement. Highly recommend her to any family struggling with sleep!
Lacy was awesome to work with! She communicated super well and responded super fast! She had my seven month old sleeping through the night in two days! She really paid attention to my child as an individual and did not do a one-size-fits-all approach.
Lacy’s Lullabies has been such a wonderful experience for our family! Lacy is incredibly kind and caring, and she really takes the time to understand your parenting style/comfort level and works with it. She’s always available to answer questions and offers thoughtful, practical suggestions that make a real difference. While my kids have generally been good sleepers, Lacy’s reassurance has been so comforting, reminding me that I’m on the right track. I really appreciate her support and the peace of mind she provides. Highly recommend!
Working with Lacy one-on-one was a game-changer in our household. My husband was pretty skeptical at first, but I was becoming so frustrated on my days off work with trying to get my 6 month old to nap for just a few minutes per day. Within just a few days of working with Lacy we saw a big improvement. Not only was Simon sleeping more during the day, but he was learning to fall asleep independently (after being rocked or bounced to sleep each time). Simon quickly stated settling into a consistent sleep schedule, and he was even sleeping longer at night (11–12 hours!). Lacy's approach was gentle and manageable, and her being available by text was such a game-changer for me. I probably had read all the information that she shared with me, but none of it clicked until I felt like I had a person on the other end really rooting for me (& Simon!). Establishing a routine with bath and reading a book prior to bed really was so helpful in ensuring we weren't creating an "eat to sleep" cycle. All in all, this was probably the best investment we've made thus far in parenting. I wasn't sure it'd be successful for us, but the investment was even less than the online modules that are available through others, and honestly who has extra time to sit down and watch/listen to any of that?! Lacy's approach is succinct, and the 2 weeks is plenty of time to get the idea and routine under your belt! It seems grueling at first, but if you're struggling at night OR for nap time (that was us!) I promise she can help and give you the tools to be successful. My days off work are so much more enjoyable with a more rested little guy!
Completely recommend!!! In the last two weeks we have gone from my daughter up every 1.5–2 hours, many night feedings and a “wing it” schedule to this: *she is now sleeping in her own room *no night feedings and sleeping through the night *regular nap times and a bedtime of 6:30–7 depending on nap times from daycare I cannot recommend Lacy enough. We did several daily check-ins with adjustments and feedback etc. Definitely worth it 💛💛💛
Lacy is very knowledgeable & wonderful to work with! She’s also responsive, kind & understanding (particularly when you slip up on implementing a sleep plan). She genuinely cares & wants to help so she is naturally very invested in your success & immensely supportive. Don’t hesitate to hire Lacy!
Lacy has been so patient and helpful for my family while we try to improve my Jake’s sleep. She has never pushed us into doing something or trying a new approach. She has been nothing but encouraging with her advice. We have already seen improvement by just sticking to our boundaries. I am so thankful for her willingness to help and just genuine love for kids and families. She truly just wants to help and I am so thankful for her.
Lacy was a wealth of information on what to do to help my 7 month old finally sleep more than 4 hours at a time. With her morning and evening check ins she was able to help adjust and give tips on how to have a better night sleep depending on how my baby's day went. She was a great support when I struggled with letting my baby figure out how to go back to sleep. By the end of the 2 weeks my little one was sleeping almost 10 hours without me having to go in and console or feed her. Definitely will be recommending her to anyone that needs help getting a good nap and sleep routine for their baby!
