BIOGRAPHY
Luis Antonio Soto Romero, or brother Luis, as he was known in Lima, was born November 26, 1931, in Chile.
He had constant telepathic connection with the Divine Father God from age 7, and experienced vibrations of electric current in the body, when in contact with beings from Alpha and Omega of the Galaxy. He began to write the Divine Science at age 12.
In 1961 as he turned 30, he had visions of clear mental images, which together with the dictation were projected scenes on color film. In these images he dialogued with the Divine Father Jehovah, who appeared to him every day to speak about facts that human science has not yet explained, in addition to principles that could prevent the extinction of mankind. There was no time, day or place where he did not receive revelations
During his youth he made compulsory military service in the Navy of Chile. In these circumstances, I had an accident for which he was discharged, being in a coma; but later not be explained by human science circumstances he fully recovered. Later he experienced different physical and spiritual trials, starting the mission entrusted by God to make known the new doctrine.
In February 1970 he reached Arica invited to a meeting with representatives of Freemasonry, Rosicrucians, intelligence, priest,
psychiatrist, hypnotist, and professor at the Universidad del Norte, among others. At this meeting I spoke about the presence of flying saucers, present and future of humanity, prophesied the triumph and murder of a socialist president, also announced a cataclysm to Arica and southern Peru, in addition to state that beings from other worlds had come to Earth thousands of years ago, among other biblical themes.
Later work in the industrial area, in companies like Recuperadora scrap industry in a workshop mechanics, electricity, having worked in the company Electrón Chilena (Industry component) of Arica as specializing in Electronics Technician, then he worked for several years channel 3 of Antofagasta.

In June in the same paper, he gets another interview under the title: Unveil Divine Revelations large Unit Francisco de Zela: Lamb of God , which makes available to the public the Telepathic Rolls, exposing them for the first time in the Auditorium of the great School Unit Francisco Antonio De Zela from 8 in the morning until 7 at night announcing that dictate numerous conferences in this same place.
In August 1975 reaches Lima as a tourist, staying until September (for one week) at the invitation of the Editorial Kosmos, in this month it gives his first press conference in Lima;and this is where
