How To Prepare For Going Within...
Choosing to work on your-self is a first step in personal growth. It's a commitment to change and evolve to a higher vibration within yourself. So I always enter here with you in an agreement of self-care and support. Take time to prepare... get ready and you'll be glad you did.
Make time for rest and integration. Schedule your session when you can relax afterward—healing takes space.
Be fully present. Choose a time when you're alert and able to stay mindful throughout the process.
Keep a journal. Record insights, breakthroughs, and any follow-up reflections or homework.
Ensure a safe environment. Deep healing requires emotional safety. If you're in an unsafe or abusive situation, we can begin with spiritual counseling to support you in finding stability first.
Stay sober. Avoid alcohol, drugs, or stimulants before your session to support clarity and presence.
Eat light. A small, light meal beforehand helps deepen your connection by reducing physical distractions
