Founded by Peter Cummings, a certified coach with both the John Maxwell Leadership Team and Bob Proctor’s Proctor Gallagher Institute, Brave Eagle Development exists to empower ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to break through limitations, lead with clarity, and live life unapologetically on purpose.

Peter—known by his Lakota given name "Wanbli Ohítika," which means Brave Eagle—embodies the mission of his work: to help others rise above fear, tap into their true potential, and soar toward a life of purpose and impact.

With over a decade of experience in personal growth and leadership transformation, Peter fuses ancient wisdom, universal laws, and world-class coaching to deliver lasting breakthroughs. His passion lies in unlocking the greatness within others, guiding them to lead themselves first—so they can lead others powerfully.
