No, but you should have at least 2–3 months of practical experience with the Hallelujah Diet. Integration assumes you're already familiar with the basics — what to eat, why it matters, and how to put together a basic plant-based meal.

How much time does each week require?

Plan on about 60–90 minutes per week for the lessons themselves, plus time to apply what you're learning in your real life. The lessons are designed to fit alongside a busy life, not compete with it.

Will this work for my whole family?

Yes — and Week 4 is built specifically around bringing family along. Many students tell us their spouse, kids, and even grandparents have started joining them after going through these lessons.

What if I fall off track during the course?

Week 7 is built around exactly this. Slipping is part of the journey. Returning is what matters. There's a full lesson on grace-filled resets, and the course doesn't disappear — you have lifetime access whenever you're ready to return.

Is this a substitute for medical care?

No. Integration is educational. We always encourage students to work in partnership with their healthcare providers, especially for those managing chronic conditions or taking medications.
