Recipe: Green Grace
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Good For: Beverage
Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 green apple
1/2 cucumber
1/4 medium avocado
1-inch knob fresh ginger
5 dates
1 tsp maca powder
several mint leaves
juice of half a lime
2 cups of water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides if necessary.
Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
Notes:
Add more water if too thick.
Freezes well to make into popsicles.
