Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional value through the 90-Day Marriage Rescue program. Because of the level of coaching, accountability, and personal transformation involved, refunds are not offered under ordinary circumstances. However, we do provide a Commitment Guarantee under the following conditions:
Commitment Guarantee
If you fully commit to the program—attending all 10 sessions, completing every assignment, and applying the principles—and by the end of the program you believe your marriage has not improved or you have not experienced measurable personal growth as a man and leader, we will refund 100% of your investment.
Note: The Commitment Guarantee applies only to clients who pay in full at enrollment.
To qualify for this guarantee, you must:
Pay-in-full (no payment plans).
Attend every scheduled session live.
Submit all assignments on time and in full.
Request the refund within 7 days of program completion, providing copies of completed assignments and confirmation of attendance.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once your request is approved.
Cancellations
Enrollment in the program is a commitment to yourself, your marriage, and the process. For this reason, cancellations after enrollment are not permitted, except as required by law.
Discretion Clause
Determination of whether the above conditions are met rests solely with the Company. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated requirements.
