CEO, KIDnection. Creator of the KIDnection Method™
Carly is a pediatric speech-language pathologist, business owner, and mom of two. She has spent the past 12 years working across private practices, schools, clinics, and early intervention programs, supporting both pediatric and adult populations. Over the years, she developed a deep specialization in early language delays and disorders, helping families navigate some of their most important developmental milestones. As she built her own practice and created classes that grew into the heart of the KIDnection community, she saw the power of combining evidence-based strategies with joyful, connection-focused learning. The KIDnection Method™ grew from this experience. It is her way of giving other professionals a clear, proven framework they can bring into their own communities, so they can expand their impact, grow their income, and support families in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

Do I need experience leading classes?
No. The entire program is built to guide you through every step, even if you have never led a class before. You will learn structure, flow, talking points, coaching strategies and how to create a warm and engaging experience for families.
How long does it take to complete the training?
Most professionals complete the self-paced training in two to four weeks. You can move more quickly or take more time, depending on your schedule.
What if I already run parent and child classes?
This program gives you a polished, research-backed curriculum, marketing tools, and a proven structure that can replace or enhance what you are already doing.
Do I need a physical space?
No. You will learn how to run classes in your office, a rented studio, a community center, a park or even a client’s space.
What kind of support is included?
You will have access to training videos, downloadable guides, scripts and talking points, troubleshooting support, and ongoing updates. Founding members also receive early access opportunities and exclusive pricing.
