What we do?

Acupuncture treatment

Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a history of over 2,000 years. By inserting fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body, acupuncture stimulates the flow of Qi (energy) and blood along the meridians, helping to restore internal balance and activate the body’s natural healing ability.

At our clinic, we practice a unique style of acupuncture rooted in

Dr. Pan’s ZhenLing System (Spirit of Acupuncture) and the

Self-Consistent Medicine system.

These systems are based on classical Chinese principles and offer a highly refined approach to diagnosis and treatment. They emphasize precise pulse regulation, spatial alignment of Qi, and treatment rooted in cosmic and constitutional balance—offering deep, transformative healing.

More than just symptom relief, our acupuncture aims to treat the root cause through a coherent, individualized system that works with the body, not against it. Our goal is to help restore vitality, harmony, and long-term well-being.

Herbal formulas

Chinese herbal medicine is a vital branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with over 2,000 years of clinical history. At its core, herbal medicine uses customized combinations of natural herbs—called formulas (fangji)—to restore internal balance, target root imbalances, and support the body's healing from within.

Chinese herbal formulas are designed to address the person as a whole

. Each formula is carefully tailored based on individual constitution, symptom patterns, and the dynamic balance of the body’s internal systems.

At our clinic, we follow the Self-Consistent Medicine Systemand

Dr. Pan’s Herbal Pulse Regulation Method, which are rooted in classical Chinese medical theory and refined through decades of clinical experience.

These approaches allow us to:

Diagnose through subtle pulse and tongue patterns

formulas that align with time, space, and constitutional needs

Achieve deep, long-term regulation of Qi, blood, and organ systems

Our formulas are safe, plant-based, and custom-modified for each patient. Whether used alone or in combination with acupuncture, they provide a powerful path toward restoring balance and vitality from the inside out.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a traditional healing technique rooted in Chinese medicine, used for thousands of years to stimulate circulation, remove stagnation, and promote the free flow of Qi and blood. By placing cups on the skin to create suction, this therapy draws out tension, toxins, and internal blockages—allowing the body to naturally rebalance and heal.

Cupping is especially effective for:

Muscle tightness and chronic pain (neck, shoulders, back)

Poor circulation and cold limbs

Fatigue and low immunity

Headaches and migraines

Respiratory issues such as chronic cough or asthma

Emotional stress and tension

In addition to traditional fire cupping, we also offer modern suction cupping and moving (sliding) cupping depending on each patient’s condition. Visible red or purple marks may appear after treatment—these are not bruises, but signs of internal stagnation being brought to the surface. They usually fade within a few days.

Cupping is a safe, natural therapy that helps restore vitality, relieve pain, and support deep detoxification—awakening the body’s self-healing potential.

Moxa

Moxibustion is a time-honored healing technique in Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses the warmth of burning mugwort (Artemisia argyi) to stimulate the body’s energy flow, strengthen immunity, and dispel cold and dampness.

By applying gentle heat over specific acupuncture points or meridians, moxibustion penetrates deeply into the body, promoting circulation of Qi and blood, warming the internal organs, and enhancing the body’s natural healing ability. It is especially helpful for cold-type or deficiency-type

conditions.

Moxa therapy is commonly used for:
Cold hands and feet

Chronic fatigue, poor digestion, and low immunity,

Menstrual pain, irregular cycles, or infertility.

Joint stiffness or pain aggravated by cold and damp weather

Postpartum recovery and general weakness

Preventative care to strengthen overall constitution

In our clinical practice, moxibustion is an important part of the Self-Consistent System, where treatment aligns with seasonal and constitutional rhythms. Moxa doesn’t just warm the body—it nurtures the root.

Moxibustion is safe, deeply restorative, and often described by patients as “a healing warmth that reaches the soul.”

Homeopathy Mediicine

What Is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a natural and holistic system of medicine that has been practiced for over 200 years and is now used globally. It works by stimulating the body’s innate ability to heal itself, using highly diluted natural substances derived from plants, minerals, and animals.

The foundation of homeopathy is the Law of Similars, or “like cures like.” For example, red onion can cause watery eyes and sneezing in a healthy person—symptoms that can be relieved in allergy sufferers by the homeopathic remedy Allium cepa, made from that same onion.

Rather than treating a condition with a standard drug, homeopathy focuses on the unique individual. Remedies are selected based on a person’s full symptom picture—including physical complaints, emotional states, and overall constitution. This personalized approach makes homeopathy especially effective and gentle, suitable for people of all ages, from infants to the elderly.

Our practitioner, David Arnold, practices classical homeopathy

with deep attention to each patient’s story. With experience and care, he works to identify the remedy that best matches the whole person—not just their diagnosis—helping restore balance, energy, and long-term wellness.
