The Brave Eagle Foundation Program is a repeatable experience for Native adults, staff, workforce participants, and community members who are tired of carrying low confidence, negative self-image, and burnout. In 6–8 weeks, we guide people back to responsibility, clarity, and inner strength—so they can stand firm for themselves, their families, and their community.
Ideal for tribal programs, Native-led organizations, schools, and workforce initiatives.
Delivery options: in-person, virtual, or blended community cohorts — tailored to your schedule, culture, and staff capacity.
Many Native adults and staff have learned to push through on empty—carrying burnout, low confidence, and unresolved pain in silence. The Foundation Program creates a safe, structured, and culturally honoring space where people can rebuild from the inside out.
We address root issues—not just behavior—so participants can step into responsibility, clarity, and courage in every area of life.
When many people share the same language, tools, and practices, small personal shifts add up to community-scale impact:
The Foundation Program is subscription-based, allowing organizations to run multiple cohorts across the year while using the same proven curriculum. Each cohort moves through three interconnected pillars:
Sessions can be delivered weekly or twice per week, with guided reflection, practical tools, and culturally aware facilitation woven throughout.
Subscription model: Run multiple cohorts annually under a single agreement, with access to facilitator support, updated materials, and options to stack advanced pathways after the Foundation.
We customize language, stories, and emphasis to honor your community’s history, values, and goals while staying true to the core structure.
The Foundation Program stands on its own—and it can also anchor a larger growth pathway for your community or organization. Add enhancements as needed:
We help you tell the story in numbers as well as testimonies. Optional add-ons include:
Choose the format that best fits your organization. All options include guided facilitation, participant materials, and simple, repeatable structure.
On-site facilitation for groups of 10–25 participants. Ideal for workforce programs, tribal departments, schools, and community centers.
Live video sessions for distributed staff or community members who can’t easily gather in one place.
Combine in-person kickoffs with virtual follow-up, or run staff and community cohorts side by side.
The Foundation Program helps address low confidence, negative self-image, lack of direction, burnout, and the “learned limitation” many participants quietly carry.
We work with you to define the shifts that matter most, then track them across cohorts so you can see change over time.
Data points we commonly track: confidence, sense of direction, emotional regulation, engagement in services, attendance, and self-reported resilience — before and after the program, and across multiple cohorts.
The Foundation Program fits under workforce, education, health, recovery, and community development goals. Organizations partner with Brave Eagle People Development to:
We work alongside your leadership, HR, case managers, and coordinators to ensure the program supports—not competes with—your existing services and cultural practices.
Every community is different. We start with a conversation about your goals, history, and constraints, then design a delivery plan together.
We primarily serve Native adults: staff in tribal or Native-led organizations, workforce and training program participants, college and high school transition-age students, and community members who are ready for change but feel stuck in old patterns. We can adapt cohorts for specific audiences like frontline staff, young adults, parents, or leadership teams.
A typical cohort ranges from 10–25 participants to allow for safety, trust, and real conversation. Larger groups can be broken into multiple cohorts that run on the same schedule. Because the program is subscription-based, you can run several cohorts across the year without starting from scratch each time.
Most partners choose a 6- or 8-week format, with sessions held once or twice per week for 90–120 minutes. We tailor timing to your context: existing program hours, shift schedules, school days, or evening/weekend options for community members.
We are not a clinical treatment program, but we are trauma-aware. Our approach is gentle, choice-based, and focused on strengthening Spirit, Heart, and Mind without forcing disclosure. We often work alongside behavioral health, recovery, or case management teams as a supportive, growth-focused layer.
Partnership begins with a discovery call and a short design phase. From there, we align on the cohort structure, delivery format, and subscription terms. We provide facilitation, materials, and guidance, while your team helps with recruitment, logistics, and ongoing support for participants.
In one conversation, we can explore your goals, challenges, and timelines and outline a subscription-based plan for in-person, virtual, or blended cohorts that serves your staff and community well.
